being there

Market display 

Sometimes markets aren't about sales. Sometimes they are about just being there. Showing up week after week, so opportunity can arise when the time is right.

Saturday at Rose Street was about being there. The time was right. A visiting Sydney retailer popped into the market and found us. He loved what he saw: both the greenolive products and the vintage prints products. He placed a wholesale order right there on the spot. Without having seen a wholesale pricelist.

And it certainly didn't hurt that the sales were ok too!
