Customers really are the best aren't they?
A few weeks ago, during a very long day of standing and selling at Magnolia Square, I had two different customers make my day. Both of them were wearing their greenolive scarves out and about at the event. And it was such a delight to see them.
One lady, who bought her suiting scarf from me at an earlier Magnolia Square event at St Kilda said she wore it especially for me, because she knew I'd be there and wanted me to see it. She was so sweet, she really made my day.
And the other customer was Anna from Able and Game. She's a big fan of the knitted Stripy Thing and has one in greens and another in pinks. Both were part of swaps we did awhile ago – I got some gorgeous collage artworks that are framed and hung on our bedroom wall.
The fact that Anna was wearing a Stripy Thing was no real surprise, but what was a surprise was that Gareth was wearing the green one. They were matching. Oh, I wished I'd thought to take a photo! They looked so cute in them!
Hey Martine,
I found some time to drop by your blog (with a glass of sparkling red in hand) and have a read. The blog looks fab and I had a wonderful read.
I am so glad you had a wonderful time at Mag Square with Vintage Prints, you must find time to visit our local op shops ( as discussed), they had some wonderful stuff today. The Purple Tweed you fell in love with, has gone to another home
