our new screenprinted textiles I mean
In between finalising things after the Show and being off sick for over a week with a nasty viral infection we both caught at the Show, greenolive textiles is now out there and ready for you to snap them up.
It's taken much more effort than either of us realised – all we had time for before the Show was printing and packaging. No time for photography, promotion, marketing...all the stuff you need to do to get the word out there about your products.
So in between lolling around in bed, working our way through two boxes of tissues, one packet of panadol, countless cups of tea and several afternoon naps, we managed to photograph all the designs and colourways and launch the new etsy shop!
Yes, greenolive textiles is a new etsy shop – entirely devoted to the three fabric ranges: the Kids, Tribal and Urban Type ranges.
Go check them out – our original designs, handprinted by us on 100% linen or a blend of 55% linen/45% cotton.
For sale are not-quite-fat quarters (got a great reaction to that name at the Show) and a selection of mix packs – more mix packs to be uploaded this week.
So spread the word, and snap them up people before greenolive textiles becomes a household name and we have to put our prices up!
Oh, I forgot to mention that we've already had some exposure: this etsy treasury by laika6000, and just this morning, a feature in a blog post by Stacy from inkspot workshop. Is this a sign of things to come?
Mr greenolive is sooooo excited. Mrs greenolive is a bit excited too, just quietly.
well done! I 've just discovered you but a huge fan of those bikes!!!!

Congratulations on your shop! It all looks great. I have my notsofat quarter of red bikes from the show, and I can't wait to make something yummy from it!

Congratulations!
The shop looks amazing. Once I get my craft space organised, I'll be buying some of the gorgeous urban type to make some wall art.

So happy for the Greenolives! Your photos look great and I am sure it will be all very successful. I keep looking at my red fabrics with the letters on them - touching and fondling it! I am nearly ready to sew it! I will let you know when I do.
