I just can't shake this feeling
One of the many scarves I have been distracting myself with.
I really haven't been myself these past few months.
Not well, feeling about 50%, headaches, sinus, tired, distracted, teary, overwhelmed, fuzzy/blurred vision, dyslexia when typing, forgetful, scratchy skin/rashes... I'm trying to shake it, but the usual suspects just aren't working.
When I'm feeling really morbid I wonder if its a brain tumour (hypochondriac!) and then I wonder if its perimenopause (I am 41 you know!)... But then I think it could be SAD – something you northern hemisphere girls know all about!
What ever it is I wish it would pass, go, heal... In the meantime I'm trying to distract myself with scarves. Lots of scarves. Seriously. Go check out the flickr photostream to see for yourself.
I'll let you know how I get on...if it works, maybe Doctors should recommend a scarf a day? (Instead of an apple. And I know just where they could buy them!)
You've described a lot of symptoms I've been having this Winter! I'm sure mine are due to 2 main things: not doing enough exercise + not drinking enough water. Hope you're feeling better soon. Love your blog by the way, this is my first visit : )

I'm so sorry to hear that. And I hope [I
m channelling your mum, here] that you've been to the doctor and had things checked out.
I must admit that this winter has nearly wiped me out both physically and emotionally, so maybe there is something to your SAD theory.

I've sent you an email :-) Hope you're feeling much better. Perhaps too many late nights spinning and sewing? :-)
